We  are  very  much  aware  to  the global and human   concerns    regarding   Environment, Labour Rights and Children Rights.

 

Environmental

We  take special care to see that our process emit lowest possible  or  no  emissions, harmful gases etc. More than 33%  of  the  factory  area  is  covered  with greenery and in  some  companies  it  is up to 50% apart from plantation undertaken  in  community  areas.  We  also  participate in various  plantation programmes in suburban areas as well as in the City. Through  this medium,  we  also urge all our fellow  human beings, to plant as many trees as possible without  which  the  whole  human  race  faces  the  risk of extinction.

Labour Rights

Every  care  is  taken  to  look after every labour's needs. We  strictly  comply  with  the  Labour  Laws  in  India.  All workers  get  paid more than the wages prescribed under the   Minimum   Wages   Act.   There    is   no   distinction or  discrimination  on  the basis of Caste, Colour or Creed and  relations  between  staff  and  The  Board have been excellent over the past.

Persons  below  18  years  are  not  employed under any circumstances.
